what is the foundation?
The Boone County Education Foundation, Inc. was founded in 1995 as a non-profit organization authorized by the Boone County Board of Education to provide a community/education partnership.
The mission of the Boone County Education Foundation is to promote community and business partnerships and provide financial support to enhance educational opportunities and experiences for the students of Boone County Schools.
The Foundation is run entirely on volunteer time and is funded primarily by generous donations from local community and business partners. As business people ourselves, we understand the economic benefits of a first-rate school system and the importance of enhancing educational programs. In a rapidly growing area like Boone County, the Foundation plays a critical role in providing and expanding enrichment programs for our students.
